Long Term Futures are recruiting Secondary Teachers across all subject areas for a range of September 2026 opportunities across London.

We are working with secondary schools looking to secure teachers ahead of the new academic year, with both permanent and long-term temp-to-perm positions available. There is particularly high demand for English Teachers, Maths Teachers and Science Teachers, although qualified teachers from all secondary subject specialisms are encouraged to apply.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities available
Deliver your subject specialism in line with the UK secondary curriculum
Prepare students effectively for GCSE and, where applicable, A-Level examinations
Assess, monitor and track student progress
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, engagement and achievement
Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school
Work collaboratively with departmental and senior leadership teamsRequirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching within a UK secondary school is highly desirable
Strong subject and curriculum knowledge
Excellent classroom and behaviour management
Ability to inspire and engage secondary-aged students
Commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
Both experienced teachers and suitable ECTs are encouraged to applyLocations & Travel - London
