The Role
The successful candidate will:
Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and creative lessons.
Inspire, motivate and support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Monitor, assess and report on student progress.
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of students of varying abilities.
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and attendance.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers.
Contribute to the wider life and development of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has experience teaching within a secondary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply).
Has excellent subject knowledge and a passion for their specialist subject.
Demonstrates strong classroom management and communication skills.
Is committed to inclusive education and raising student achievement.
Has high expectations and a positive, flexible approach.
Is enthusiastic about professional development and teamwork.
