About the role:

Establishing precise teaching goals and assessing optimal methods for conveying them to students
Designing coherent and meticulously organised lessons aligned with the KS3/KS4 curriculum
Providing students with assistance and guidance using the most efficient teaching methodologies
Tracking student advancement and identifying avenues for enhancement or continuity
Cultivating and promoting a learning environment that empowers students to reach their unique potentials
Remaining up-to-date with any revisions or advancements in the national educational curriculum
Incorporating diverse teaching techniques to cater to students with varying learning styles and abilities
Encouraging student participation and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning
Providing timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their academic growth and development
The ideal candidate will:

Have recent experience in teaching secondary schools
Degree and QTS Desirable (Unqualified Teachers also welcome to apply)
Be a committed team player
Be confident and adaptable to different environments
Have strong classroom management skills
Able to commute to Great Missenden and the surrounding areas
