Additionally, you must be able to foster a love of learning in all of your students by having high standards and expectations for them.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

QTS with secondary subject specialism (NQTs are also welcome).
Excellent classroom management skills.
Strong behavio management skills.
A passion for innovation and dedication to all learners.
Knowledge of safeguarding expectations and ALN.
