Location: Ealing
Salary: £170-£185 per day, dependent on experience

We are looking for qualified and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of secondary schools in Ealing and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different classroom environments and wants the flexibility to choose the days and schools that work best for them.

You'll be delivering lessons across a range of subjects and year groups, stepping in at short notice or for planned absences, all while being backed by a dedicated consultant who will match you with bookings that suit your schedule.

About the Role:

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons in line with schemes of work provided by each school, ensuring pupils continue to make progress in the class teacher's absence. You will need to be confident managing behaviour in classrooms you may be seeing for the first time, building rapport with pupils quickly and adapting to each school's individual routines and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver pre-planned lessons and, where required, adapt teaching to suit the needs of the class
- Maintain a calm, structured and positive classroom environment
- Manage pupil behaviour in line with each school's policies and procedures
- Quickly adapt to different school settings, routines and year groups
- Support pupils' learning and wellbeing throughout the school day
- Liaise professionally with school staff and leadership on arrival
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school-specific policies at all times

About You:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching at secondary level is desirable
- Confident managing behaviour and building rapport quickly in unfamiliar classrooms
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable, comfortable working across different schools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
