Position: Secondary School Teaching Assistant

Qualification: Level 2/3 TA qualification or relevant experience required

About the Role:
As a Secondary School Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who have a range of additional needs, providing essential one-to-one support in various subjects and activities. Your dedication and commitment will help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to students with additional needs
Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and strategies
Support students in accessing the curriculum and completing tasks
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the student's individual needs are met
Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedbackRequirements:
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience
Passion for working with students with diverse needs
Ability to engage and motivate students in their learning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
