About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons (for supply) or develop engaging schemes of work (for long-term roles) across KS3 and KS4.
* Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour and engagement.
* Tailor your teaching approach to meet the needs of different classes and subject areas.
* Follow school-specific safeguarding and reporting procedures at all times.
* Forge positive connections with students and staff across local Rainham school settings.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK-recognised qualification (essential).
* Be a confident ECT or an experienced secondary teacher.
* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
* Show an exemplary commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of children.
* Possess a proactive and collaborative approach to school life.
