About the Role
As an Inclusion Support Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting students across the school, either within specialist provisions or mainstream classrooms. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to ensure every student receives the support they need to succeed.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering targeted one-to-one and small group interventions.
Supporting students with additional educational, social, emotional, or behavioural needs.
Working collaboratively with teachers to adapt learning and remove barriers to progress.
Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and achievement.
Building strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every child can flourish.

Has experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
