We're supporting secondary schools across Peterborough and surrounding areas who are looking for confident and adaptable Secondary General Cover Teachers to step into classrooms and keep learning moving during staff absences.

You'll deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects, build positive relationships with students and become a familiar, reassuring face within local schools.

The role includes:

Delivering pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4
Managing classroom behaviour positively and confidently
Supporting students to stay engaged in learning
Working flexibly across different secondary schools

We're looking for:

QTS or previous secondary classroom experience
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A calm and professional approach
Someone reliable, flexible and approachable
