Paid to scale, Ark MPS or UPS (Outer London) £35,368- £47,152 or £49,498-£53,230, depending on experience.
The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with Ark John Keats Academy in Enfield to find an exceptional English Teacher to join their team for September 2024.
About the role
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable English Teacher to join our team. This is an opportunity to work as part of a highly effective team and learn from excellent teachers and leaders. English is one of our most popular subjects, with students achieving excellent outcomes at GCSE and A-Level, and many pursuing English or related degrees at university.
We are looking for someone who aligns with our approach to curriculum and teaching. The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers and leaders in the AJK English team, as well as across the Ark network to secure excellent outcomes for our children. This would be a good opportunity for an experienced teacher or an ECT looking to grow their career in an exciting and high performing school.
The School
Ark John Keats was founded in 2013 with one class of reception children. We are now a fully-fledged all-through school, running from nursery to year 13, with over 1700 children. Our secondary school is oversubscribed, with a waiting list for every year group. Requirements
Must have experience as a qualified English Teacher
Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
Must have proof of right to work for the UK
Must hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service
Must be able to provide 2 years worth of professional references
