Sea Freight Export Operator

Description:

You will:

* Develop and build relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to customers

* Ensure freight is moved on time with all the necessary documentation

* Arranging all Sea Freight shipments from start to finsh

* Assisting with Customs Declarations

* Arrange haulage with shipping line/hauliers

* Ensure all freight is invoiced and checked prior to dispatch

* Ensure pre-alert documents are on hand as required

* Ensure requests and queries are resolved and actioned quickly and efficiently

* Communicate with overseas agents, customers and suppliers in a clear precise manner

* Previous experience in Freight Forwarding/Export Operations Or Ocean Freight is essential
