We are partnering with an established freight forwarder based in Newcastle to find an experienced Sea & Air Export Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, hardworking team with a low staff turnover and a vibrant office culture.

The Role
Manage end-to-end sea and air export operations, with a primary focus on sea freight.
Handle cross-trade shipments to various global destinations.
Maintain full ownership of customer accounts, building strong working relationships from initial handover by the sales team.
Complete all associated documentation and customs entries.
Coordinate seamlessly with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth transit.
Contribute to a collaborative, outgoing, and hardworking team environment. What We're Looking For
Experience within a Freight Forwarder
Experience in Sea Export Operations, Air Exports desirable
Confident managing operations end-to-end, experience handling customs entries is preferred but not essential
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to take full ownership of client accounts
A proactive, hardworking approach and a great fit for a sociable team.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail What's on Offer
