Your Role

As a CASM, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile transformation. Your role as a servant leader and coach will involve ensuring that Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ART)s align with best practices and consistently deliver exceptional value. Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

Enabling Excellence: Your role will involve guiding teams through Scrum, Built-in-Quality, Kanban, and SAFe practices while ensuring strict adherence to Agile processes.

Obstacle Remover: You will be the catalyst for progress by eliminating impediments and nurturing a high-performance environment that thrives on continuous improvement.

Team Collaborator: Collaborate effectively with other Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers to ensure the seamless execution of PI Planning events.

Cornwall Lifestyle: Immerse yourself in the tranquil Cornwall lifestyle while leading Agile teams towards achieving their goals.

Your Qualifications and Skills

We are searching for an outstading candidate who possesses the skills and passion to excel in this unique opportunity:

Educational Background/Qualifications:

Scrum Master certification (Essential)

SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master certification (Would Be Good to Have)

Hold a degree or equivalent qualifications/experience (Essential)

ITIL foundation qualification (Would Be Good to Have)

Azure DevOps certification (Would Be Good to Have)

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong project management skills and a solid understanding of formal project management methodologies (Would Be Good to Have)

Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate confidently (Would Be Good to Have)

Experience:

Prior experience in project management (Would Be Good to Have)

Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar tools and the implementation of best practices in Agile tools and workflows (Would Be Good to Have)

Proven track record in managing, inspiring, engaging, and motivating a team and colleagues to achieve excellent results (Essential)

Personal Attributes:

Display empathy by supporting team members through an authentic understanding and concern for their beliefs or feelings (Essential)

Possess excellent conversational, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills (Would Be Good to Have)

Skillful conflict navigator, adept at assisting team members in resolving interpersonal conflicts, problem-solving, and decision-making (Essential)

Serve as a coach, with a deep understanding of and ability to educate the team on methods beyond Scrum, such as SAFe, Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and more (Essential)

Proficiency in facilitating the identification and management of priorities (Essential)
