Description:
We are working with global business based in Cheltenham who are seeking a Scrum Coach to join them on a 6 month contract that sits Outside of IR35.
We are looking for someone with experience in implementing methodologies from scratch and supporting with building out their Product roadmap.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a tailored Agile transformation strategy.
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Integrate Kanban systems to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Employ Lean methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and regular stand-ups.
- Support teams in achieving sprint goals through effective backlog management and prioritisation.
- Act as a change agent, promoting Agile best practices across the organisation.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record as a Scrum Coach with substantial experience in Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and influence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in successfully implementing Agile methodologies from inception.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master/Professional Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are highly desirable.
This role will require 1 day per week in Cheltenham
