Stroud Resourcing is recruiting for a Scrub Practitioner (RGN/ODP) to join a welcoming and patient-centric independent hospital group based in Surrey. This is a full-time role offering a salary of £38,000 and an excellent benefits package. This hospital recognises the importance of their team enjoying a good work-life balance so within this role you will enjoy working across Monday – Friday, no weekends, no bank holidays, no nights and no on-call. Part-time and flexible working arrangements can be considered for the right individual.

In this Scrub Nurse role, you can expect to:
Provide an effective and efficient service whilst ensuring optimum patient care. The post requires good communication skills and a desire to achieve the best outcome.
Support with the day-to-day management of the theatre department and mentor junior members of the team to support with their development!To apply for this Theatre Practitioner role, you must be a qualified RGN (with current NMC registration) or ODP (with current HCPC registration) with previous experience working within a hospital theatre department within Scrub. We welcome applications from the Private Sector and NHS.
