Description:

This role is integral to authorising work in alignment with industry standards and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing and authorising gas engineering work in compliance with SCO 1 & 2 standards
Ensuring all work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements
Maintaining accurate records and documentation as per project standards
Collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient workflow
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to clarify technical specifications
Providing technical guidance and support to team members
Participating in project planning and review meetings

Job Requirements:

Competent in SCO 1 and SCO 2 standards and practices
Strong background in gas engineering within the Oil & Gas sector
Capability to be listed on the National Grid database for authorising work
Excellent understanding of industry safety regulations and best practices
