As a Scientist, your responsibilities encompass conducting chemical analysis to generate high-quality, compliant data for clients within specified deadlines. This entails preparing reagents, samples, and standards for testing, utilising instrumental techniques such as HPLC, LC-MS, GC-FID, GC-MS, and CETI-8. It's crucial to maintain laboratory cleanliness standards and ensure data production aligns with the Quality Management System. Additionally, you must possess relevant knowledge of good laboratory practice principles if involved in GLP regulatory studies.

Hours of Work: 40 hrs. Monday – Friday 8-hour days. 30 min lunch break.

Scientist Requirements:

Graduate of chemistry or a related subject. 2 years of laboratory experience would be considered as an alternative.
Good technical problem-solving skills
Good verbal reasoning
Competent with standard ‘Office’ applications
(Excel, Word etc)
Strong individual contributor and team player
Desirable:

Able to offer solutions to problems
Experience with statistical packages

Salary- £24,080 - £28,612.50 – Graduate Entry Level £24,080
