Salary: £168 – £223.62 per day, dependent on experience

The Education Specialists, working in partnership with the Learning Partnership Trust, are seeking a passionate and confident Science Teacher with a Biology specialism to join a well-regarded secondary school in Crewe.

The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, with a particular focus on Biology.
The school has a strong behaviour policy, supportive senior leadership team and a positive learning environment, making this an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher looking for a consistent and rewarding role in Crewe.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Degree or relevant qualification in Biology or Science
Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
Strong subject knowledge, particularly in Biology
Experience preparing and delivering engaging Science lessons
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Ability to differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through The Education SpecialistsThe Successful Science Teacher Will

Deliver high-quality Biology teaching in line with the school's curriculum
Inspire pupils and develop their interest and understanding of Science
Differentiate teaching to support students of varying abilities
Manage classroom behaviour effectively and consistently
Monitor and assess pupil progress
Provide constructive feedback to pupils and teaching colleagues
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and the wider school community
Follow school policies and contribute to a positive learning environment
