This full-time position is set to commence in September 2024.

About the Role:

As a Science Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to students, fostering a love for science, and helping them achieve their academic potential. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, as well as assessing and tracking student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering inspiring and effective science lessons to students aged 11-16.
Preparing lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
Assessing and recording student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
A degree in Science or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Science at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
