The School and Role
ABC Teachers are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join a vibrant secondary school in Moseley, Birmingham, starting this September. The school are looking for someone to make a real impact to the students' lives. You will be working within a supportive and collaborative trust, with access to a Trust that is dedicated to well-being. There is on-site parking and nearby transport to the location.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Science to KS3 and KS4 students
Develop and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a stimulating learning environment
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
Requirements
The successful Science Teacher will have;
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to student development and academic success
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
