Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a forward-thinking secondary school (11–16) in the Southampton area to recruit a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher. The Role

As a Science Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
Inspire curiosity and a passion for learning across Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Contribute to an ambitious and well-structured curriculum, including opportunities such as triple science
Support the development of all learners, including SEND and disadvantaged students
Contribute to enrichment activities and the wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
Has experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply)
Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for science education
Can create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
Is committed to high expectations and continuous improvement
Works well as part of a collaborative staff team
