Science Teacher

Description:

Science Teacher - Bradford

It's more than teaching Science. It's reigniting curiosity.

Every student remembers the teacher who made them look at the world differently.

The one who turned a lesson into a discovery. Who made complex ideas click. Who challenged them to think bigger, ask questions, and believe they could succeed.

We're looking for a passionate Science Teacher to join a large secondary school in Bradford, teaching KS3 and KS4 students who need exactly that kind of inspiration.

This isn't a role for someone simply delivering content. With students currently without their regular teacher, you'll be stepping into classrooms that need consistency, energy, and strong leadership. There will be challenges along the way, and some classes may test boundaries. But for the right teacher, it's an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

We're looking for someone who can walk into a classroom, capture attention, and create an environment where learning matters.

What You'll Bring

A passion for Science and a belief that every student can succeed
The ability to engage and motivate learners across KS3 and KS4
Strong classroom management and the confidence to set clear expectations
Resilience, positivity, and a calm approach when faced with challenges
A commitment to building relationships that help students thrive

Why This Role?

You'll join a large and diverse school where no two days are the same. The Science department is well-resourced, the need is immediate, and your contribution will be felt from day one.

For the right teacher, this is an opportunity to do what great educators do best: inspire young people, raise aspirations, and help students rediscover a love of learning.

If you're the kind of teacher who brings energy to the classroom, refuses to lower expectations, and believes Science should be exciting, we'd love to hear from you
