As the primary point of contact for parents and visitors, the School Secretary will play a pivotal role in maintaining excellent customer service standards. This position involves managing the school office, ensuring a warm welcome, and providing essential support.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for maintaining accurate records.
Taking calls from parents and visitors.
Ensuring safeguarding procedures are put in place.
Ensuring that folders and essential documents needed in case of emergencies are up to date.
Sending emails and making calls to parents as needed.
Must be :
