Looking for a temporary receptionist role in Pickering at a school? We've got an opportunity for you starting on Monday 3rd June! This assignment will end before the summer holidays. To apply, you'll need to have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to cover the cost to apply for one. Key responsibilities:
Greeting visitors, parents, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
Answering phones calls and directing them to the appropriate person or departments
Handling incoming calls and outgoing emails
Managing the schools front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and well organised.
Assisting with the student sign in and sign out process, including late arrivals
Providing general administrative support to school staff, such as photocopying, filing and data entry.
Maintaining confidentiality of students and school records.
The working hours for this role will be Monday -Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch, the hourly rate will be £12.40 per hour
