School Minibus Driver
Location: Northampton, UK
Start Date: September 2024
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:30 - 09:00 and 15:25 - 17:25 (slight flexibility required)
About Us: We are a large and vibrant secondary school in Northampton, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students. We are seeking a highly reliable and committed individual to join our team as a School Minibus Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport students to and from school, ensuring punctuality and adherence to the schedule.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the minibus, performing regular safety checks.
Ensure the safety of all passengers during transit, following all road safety regulations and school policies.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
Report any incidents or concerns to the school administration promptly.Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent driving record with no recent endorsements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the role.
Ability to manage and ensure the safety of a group of students during transit.
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.What We Offer:
