About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you'll be a key part of each pupil's journey, helping them grow in confidence, communication and independence. Your role includes:

Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups
Delivering personalised, engaging learning activities
Using visuals, routines, sensory strategies and communication tools
Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
Building positive, trusting relationships
Assisting with personal care where required
Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff
