The School and Role
This 80 pupil SEMH school are looking to appoint a passionate Instructor to lead small group work based around construction. to work in a small on a Full-Time basis. You will be planning and delivering comprehensive Construction lessons to students following a vocational pathway of study. Your role will be instrumental in guiding and inspiring our students, facilitating their growth within the industry, and preparing them for successful futures, potentially in further education or employment.
Requirements
The desired School Instructor will be able to;
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in construction to pupils on a vocational pathway.
Previous working with pupils is desirable especially pupils with challenging behaviour or SEMH.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
Prepare students for assessments and industry-related qualifications.
Relevant experience in construction.
Ability to engage, motivate, and inspire students.
