As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment during teachers' short-term absences. Your key responsibilities include:

Managing the classroom and ensuring students stay focused on their tasks
Maintaining discipline and implementing school policies
Addressing students' inquiries and handling immediate issues
Gaining valuable experience and building skills, ideal for those pursuing a teaching career

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Recent work in an educational setting
Qualifications: Degree-level qualification
Skills: Strong behaviour management, adaptability, and quick thinking
Attributes: Confidence, passion for education, and flexibility
Documentation: Comprehensive CV detailing the last 10 years of employment, explanations for any breaks
Compliance: Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional references, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
Legal: Right to work in the UK
Commitment: Willingness to attend a face-to-face registration interview
