Description:
Smile Education are recruiting for a school cleaner to start immediately for a school in Coventry.
Working hours will be 15.30-18.00 Monday - Friday
Duties and Responsibilities:
Vacuuming carpeted areas
Sweeping / mopping hard floors
Emptying and cleaning bins
Spot cleaning any spillages or accidents as required.
Wiping down desks, seats and skirting boards
Cleaning school toilet areas and replenishing toiletries
Cleaning doors and windows
Checking stock levels of cleaning materials
Reporting hazards to the caretaker or supervisor
What to expect from applicants?
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of cleaning standards.
Previous experience in cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds and experiences.
To be able to complete all your allocated cleaning tasks to the required standards within your set working hours.
To be able to understand and follow health & safety instructions.
