School Caretaker - Gatwick - Immediate Start
*EXPERIENCE IN A SCHOOL IS ESSENTIAL*
If you are, we have an OFSTED Rated Outstanding School in the London Borough of Gatwick looking to speak with enthusiastic and experienced School Caretakers for opportunities working with a School enviornment!
The school are particularly interested if you have previously worked in a similar setting, but also open to caretakers with experience of general maintenance and repairs.
Job Details - School Caretaker
· Responsible for the general maintenance and development of the fabric and grounds of the academy, to a high standard.
· To provide a safe, secure, clean, warm and stimulating environment for all site users and visitors.
· Hours 06:00am - 14:00pm/10:00 - 18:00pm , contract until the end of the academic year with a possibility of going permanent.
· £110 - £130 UMB & PAYE options available
Person Specification - School Caretaker
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to undertake a range of general maintenance, caretaking and cleaning duties out routine maintenance and decorating tasks
· Enthusiasm, energy and commitment
· A flexible approach to working hours (May be asked in on the occasional Saturday)
