We are supporting a primary school in the Tipton area who require a Caretaking Operative on a temporary basis from late September. This role is ideal for individuals with a practical, hands‑on approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe, well‑kept school environment.

Temporary role Role Responsibilities
General caretaking duties across the school site
Supporting with maintenance, repairs and facilities upkeep
Ensuring health & safety standards are met
Opening/closing duties as required
Assisting with site security and cleanlinessIdeal Candidates
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Previous caretaking or facilities experience beneficial
Comfortable with manual tasks and practical problem‑solving
Able to work flexibly within agreed hours
