Description:
Phoenix Recruitment Services are seeking for School Caretakers for short/long term Temporary contracts and Temp to Perm scenarios within educational establishments.
Essential Criteria:
Strong DIY skills or specific trade qualification
Reliable with excellent time keeping
Fit & Healthy for moving furniture from floor to floor,
Groundwork etc.
Team Player.
Various hours/shifts. Monday to Friday
Duties:
Ensuring the school buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Performing minor repairs and maintenance on school property.
Managing heating, lighting, and security systems, ensuring the building remains safe and operational.
Opening and closing the school premises at the start and end of each day.
Overseeing the care of outdoor areas, including grounds maintenance.
Responding to any urgent maintenance or repair issues as they arise.
Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
