About the Role:
Twenty4Seven are working with a primary school based in Derby with the recruitment of a Site Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join a primary school in Derby. This permanent role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. The hours are 7:30 until 4:30 and the role is to start as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to play a crucial part in the school’s community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance.
* Perform basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, and painting/decorating.
* Ensure the school premises are kept safe and secure at all times.
* Manage facilities and maintenance schedules effectively.
* Respond promptly to any maintenance issues and ensure swift resolution.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven background in building maintenance.
* Experience in facilities management.
* Proficiency in basic maintenance skills such as plumbing, joinery, and painting/decorating.
* Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
