Empowering Learning is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a School Caretaker to join our team at a vibrant Secondary School situated in the heart of Wirksworth. If you're passionate about maintaining a safe and supportive environment for students to thrive, this role is perfect for you!
Position: School Caretaker
Location: Wirksworth Secondary School
Hours: Flexible Shifts Available - 07:00 to 15:30 OR 10:30 to 19:00
Commencement: Immediate Start
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the school premises.
Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
Overseeing security measures and responding to any emergencies.
Collaborating with staff to support the smooth functioning of the school.Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
