Contract: Full-time from September 2026
Our Bradford secondary school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Business Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role, ensuring the smooth and effective running of our school's financial, administrative, and operational functions.
⭐ About the Role
Lead on school finance, budgeting, and resource planning
Oversee HR processes, recruitment administration, and staff compliance
Manage site operations, health & safety, and contracts
Support strategic planning with the senior leadership team
Ensure the school meets statutory and regulatory requirementsThis position requires availability for two preparatory working weeks in August (w/c 17th and 24th), followed by a full-time start in September.
✔️ Essential Requirements
Previous experience working in a school setting - this is non‑negotiable
Strong financial acumen and confidence working with school budgets
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities
