Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference? We are currently working with an ambitious SEN school in South London, committed to providing specialist support to autistic children. They are seeking a dedicated School Business Manager to join their team and play a key role in the leadership of the school.
The Role:
As the School Business Manager, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, involved in financial planning and leading a team to deliver HR and other services. You will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the finances of the school, including budget planning and monitoring
* Lead a team to deliver HR and other support services
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements

Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing the finances of a school
* Have or be working towards a financial qualification such as AAT or CIMA
* Relevant qualification in school business management or finance (desirable)
* Capability to manage a team and contribute at a senior level
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
