About the Role:
Overseeing all financial processes, ensuring efficient budgeting and spending.
Managing human resources, including payroll, contracts, and recruitment.
Leading on health and safety, safeguarding the school environment.
Providing strategic support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Cultivating positive relationships with staff, parents, and governors.You'll be a great fit if you:
