Are you an experienced School Business Manager or education professional with a strong background in finance, HR, administration and school operations?
Academics are currently working with a specialist school in Milton Keynes that is seeking a proactive and organised School Business Manager to join their team.
As School Business Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school, supporting the senior leadership team and helping to create an environment where staff and students can thrive.
The Role -
The successful School Business Manager will have responsibility for a broad range of school business functions, including:
Finance and budget management
HR and staff administration
Health & safety and compliance
General school administration and operational processes
Supporting the Principal and senior leadership team
Managing and improving systems and procedures
Ensuring the school operates efficiently and effectively
Working closely with staff, external professionals and stakeholdersThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced School Business Manager who enjoys working in a specialist setting and wants to make a genuine contribution to the wider running of a school.
About You
Experienced within school business management, education administration or a similar operational role
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing finance, HR and compliance processes
