The Role: As a School-Based Psychologist, you will:

Provide 1-1 support to students with special educational needs (SEN), addressing their emotional, social, and academic challenges.
Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create and implement effective support strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of students, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure positive outcomes.
Deliver training and support to staff to enhance their understanding and management of SEN students.
Contribute to the development of school policies and practices to promote inclusion and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For:

A qualified psychologist with experience working in an educational setting, preferably with primary school children.
A strong understanding of SEN and experience in developing and implementing individualized support plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
A compassionate and patient approach, with a genuine commitment to supporting the holistic development of each child.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in SEN and educational psychology.
