Key Responsibilities:
???? Updating Student Records: You'll be responsible for meticulously updating and maintaining student attendance records using our SIMS (School Information Management System) database.
???? Liaising with Local Authorities: Building strong partnerships with local authorities to collaborate on attendance-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
???? House Visits: Conducting home visits for students with persistent absence issues, working closely with families to understand and address underlying causes.
⏰ Logging Absences and Punctuality: Recording student absences and tardiness accurately, identifying patterns and trends to implement proactive solutions.
Requirements:
???? Experience with SIMS: Proficiency in using SIMS or similar student management systems is essential for this role.
???? Education Background: A background in education, social work, or related fields is preferred, along with a genuine passion for supporting students' educational journeys.
???? Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
