SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS WANTED - DUDLEY & WALSALL
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for flexible work within local schools? Or do you have a strong administration background in a similar environment and fancy a new opportunity?
Aspire People are recruiting School Administrators across Dudley and Walsall!
We are looking for reliable, organised and enthusiastic individuals to support schools with their day-to-day administrative needs.
Previous experience working within a school is advantageous, particularly if you have experience using SIMS, ARBOR or BROMCOM. However, we also welcome applicants with strong administration experience from other sectors.
What we're looking for:
* Previous school administration experience (desirable).
* Strong general administration and organisational skills.
* Good IT and data-entry skills.
* Excellent communication and telephone manner.
* Confidence dealing with parents, pupils and school staff.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility and willingness to undertake temporary assignments.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Inputting and updating pupil information on SIMS, ARBOR or BROMCOM.
* Answering telephone calls and taking messages.
* Typing letters, emails and school correspondence.
* Filing, photocopying and general office duties.
* Supporting parents, pupils and school staff with enquiries.
* Providing general administrative support to the school office.
⏰ Working Hours & Opportunities
* Working hours between 8:00am and 4:30pm.
* Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
* Temporary, ad-hoc assignments throughout the school year.
* Assignments will vary in length depending on individual school requirements.
* There may be opportunities for temporary-to-permanent employment; however, this is not guaranteed.

These positions are strictly temporary and offered on an as-and-when-required basis. You MUST be happy to undertake temporary work and be flexible with assignment lengths.
All successful applicants will be required to complete our full registration process, including providing the necessary Right to Work documentation.
You will also need an Enhanced DBS check for the Child Workforce, which we can arrange at a cost of £47.20, unless you already hold an eligible DBS certificate registered on the Update Service.
