Description:

I am recruiting for an experienced School Administrator who is passionate about the organisation of a school office who has a high level attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment. Working hours would be Monday to Friday 8.30 till 16.00.

About the Role

Able to deal with incoming calls in a professional manner
Manage and keep effective record keeping, correspondence and scheduling
Be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors
Able to resolve enquires quickly and effectively giving excellent customer service
Maintain accurate student records that adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements
Coordinate meetings, appointments and events and ensure there is effective communication
Able to collaborate with staff members to ensure the smooth running of the office
Contribute to the development and implementation of the schools administration policies and procedures
Requirements

To be considered for the School Administrator role you will:

Have experience working within a school office or of a similar field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and other software applications is a must
Strong organisational skills as this can be a fast paced environment and may need to handle various tasks at once, therefore attention to detail is of high importance
Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbally and have the ability in interact with all stakeholders
Qualifications in administration is deseried but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
