Description:
Supply Heroes are looking for an experienced School Administrator for a lovely primary school with a strong reputation in Selly Oak, Birmingham. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced School Administrator to join our team full-time from September until February half-term, 8:30am – 4:00pm
The School Administrator is responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services to the school community. This includes:
* Managing the school office and reception
* Overseeing the school's administrative systems
* Providing support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team
* Liaising with parents and carers
* Coordinating school events and activities
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the school office, including answering the phone, greeting visitors and dealing with correspondence
* Oversee the school's administrative systems, including student records and attendance
* Provide support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team with a range of administrative tasks
* Liaise with parents and carers on a range of matters, including student progress, reports, and events
* Coordinate school events and activities, such as parents' evenings, sports days, and school plays
Person Specification:
* Excellent administrative and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience of working in a school environment is desirable
* Experience of a school system e.g., Bromcom, SIMS, CMIS, ScholarPack etc is desirable
