Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and efficient School Administrator to join a thriving Secondary School in Swadlincote. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting educational environments, we want to hear from you!

Position: School Administrator
Location: Swadlincote
Start Date: As soon as possible
Duration: Until the end of the academic year
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes within the school. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Managing student records, attendance, and enrolment data.
Providing general administrative support to staff, students, and parents.
Handling incoming communications and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
Assisting with the organisation of school events and activities.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using school management systems.Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is desirable but not essential.
