Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum + discretionary bonus
Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a permanent opportunity within a supportive SEND school?
Do you have experience using SIMS and managing confidential school administration tasks?
Are you organised, proactive, and able to provide excellent administrative support within a busy school office?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a welcoming SEND school in Lichfield that supports pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties (SpLD). The school is recognised for its supportive team, inclusive ethos and positive working environment, where every member of staff plays an important role in helping pupils achieve their full potential.
The school is looking to appoint two permanent Administrators to join the office team from September. The successful Administrator will support the day-to-day running of the school office, carrying out general administration duties, maintaining accurate records using SIMS, amending EHCP notes, and providing professional support to staff, parents and visitors.
The successful Administrator will have:
Previous administration experience, ideally within a school environment
Experience using SIMS
Experience updating and amending EHCP documentation
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible and professional approach to work
In return for the above you can expect to receive:
Salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Discretionary bonus scheme

Opportunity to work within a rewarding SEND setting
Monday to Friday working hours of 8:15am - 5:00pm, with 8:00am - 1:00pm during school holidays on a shared rota between three staff
