A friendly and well-regarded primary school in Wandsworth (SW15) is looking to appoint an experienced and personable School Administrator to join their team immediately.
This is a key front-of-house position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy school setting and takes pride in being the welcoming face of the school.
The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors
Managing reception duties, including handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries
Maintaining and updating pupil records using Arbor or SIMS
Supporting attendance, admissions, and general school administration
Providing administrative support to the wider school teamThe Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working within a school office environment
Strong working knowledge of Arbor or SIMS (essential)
A bubbly, friendly, and professional personality with excellent communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
