Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager for a large Social Housing landlord in Plymouth.
The Opportunity:
This is an initial short term opportunity to join Plymouths largest Social Housing provider. We shall be seeking a Social Housing professional who has previous experience in supporting those vulnerable with housing related procedures / policies.
The successful candidate will / will have:
* Previous experience in supporting those vulnerable within a Sheltered Housing Scheme
* A clear understanding and proven experience of Scheme Management i.e. Estate walkabouts, building management, low level ASB
* Excellent people skills in providing scheme based support
* Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, such as fire alarms, defibs etc.

* Monday – Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm
* Temporary Opportunity until August 2024 (High chance of extension)
* £16.50 - £17.00 per hour via Umbrella
* Hybrid working module (2 days working from home) Please note that if working from home and there is an emergency you shall still be required to attend site.
Requirements:
* Scheme Management experience
* Enhanced DBS
* Full UK drivers licence and access to a vehicle
