As Scheduling Coordinator, you will be working within a fast paced business providing excellent support arranging inspections and repairs with engineers.
Responsibilities of a Scheduling Coordinator:
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Manage incoming calls professionally, liaise with engineers, diary management
Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, liaising to coordinate orders, deliveries, and address any inquiries or issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow and professionalism
