Scheduler/Planning Administrator
Temporary, available to start ASAP
Resourcing Group is working with a well known Public Sector Landlord, based here in the South West. Due to a very busy period, they are in need of some administrative support to join their existing operational team in Exeter, to support with scheduling and planning duties.
This is a full time temporary role.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 430pm - potentially negotiable
They self deliver and carry out day to day responsive repairs in people's homes and the role will involve taking inbound calls from tenants, logging maintenance issues that they are facing, while agreeing to carry out the works with in set time frames. Scheduling the works to be carried out, liaising with the directly employed staff, supporting the Management team and in general picking up administrative roles in addition to being on the call forms the bulk duties.
