Description:
We're recruiting a proactive and organised Scheduler to coordinate maintenance and engineering activities across a busy service operation. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy problem‑solving, this role will suit you well.
What you'll do:
Schedule and allocate maintenance jobs using modern scheduling software
Ensure engineers or subcontractors attend jobs within agreed SLAs
Track job progress, documentation, parts, and completion
Reassign or follow up on incomplete work to keep workflows moving
Support first‑time fix performance by deploying the right resources
What we're looking for:
Experience in service delivery, engineering coordination, or a contact centre
Strong IT skills and confidence using scheduling or workflow systems
Ability to stay calm, organised, and effective under pressure
A creative, solutions‑focused approach to planning and problem‑solving
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the intention of moving to a permanent position after three months.
